OUR STORY

Mithril Asset Management, founded in 2009, is an independent global asset management company licensed by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission. We work with private individuals, professional intermediaries, trust companies, and institutional investors in select markets worldwide. Our solutions focus on preserving capital and growing wealth, introduced through independent financial advisers. We pride ourselves on offering bespoke asset management, treating each investor individually.

OUR TEAM

Head of Investments

Anna Rozhentsova

Anna has been with Mithril Asset Management since 2011, after spending time as an economist she brings expertise in portfolio modelling and risk analysis. Anna is responsible for screening the underlying assets of investment funds and scrutinising manager risk/reward profiles. She also maintains ours in-house optimisation and fair value models.

In 2024, Anna has been appointed as a Head of Investments in Mithril Asset Management.

Head of Mauritius Office | Onboarding

Yaseer Bhugan

Yaseer oversees the operations of the Mauritius Office from secretarial/corporate administration to project management. With more than 10 years of experience in the Global Business Sector in Mauritius, he is well accustomed to leading teams to deliver operational excellence. Yaseer also spearheads the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring compliance with AML/CFT regulations and internal controls. Prior to joining Mithril Asset Management Ltd, Yaseer worked with industry leaders in Mauritius including ENSafrica and JurisTax.

ACCA MCSI Investment Analyst

Isha Beekhoo

Isha supports core portfolio manager functions from research to account administration. Previously, she worked in a top 4 firm in a team consulting European and Asian investors on large scale infrastructure projects in Sub Saharan Africa.

Senior Compliance and KYC Executive

Diyah Nundloll, LL.M

Having previously worked in leading companies in the realm of the Financial Services Sector in Mauritius, Diyah brings in the expertise in compliance, risk management, KYC remediation and financial crime control. As a risk and compliance person, Diyah is responsible for overseeing the risk management and compliance frameworks and promoting focus on risk conduct and compliance culture at Mithril Asset Management. Diyah is passionate about compliance and relationship building.

Operation Support Administrator

Zaafir Ellahee

Zaafir provides administrative support to the business operations by performing administrative tasks, maintaining the CRM system and assisting in performing KYC checks and client onboarding. Previously, Zaafir has worked in a management company for more than 10 years. He was responsible for daily operations such as maintaining financial records of clients, providing administrative support and handling maintenance issues.
